Anette received her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney.

She took part in fieldwork events at triathlons and was part of the Macquarie University Rugby Chiropractic Team where she did preventative on-site sports taping and treated a variety of sports injuries. She has completed extra training in Rocktape Sports Taping and Dry Needling. Having been involved in martial arts has also highlighted the importance of maintaining good mobility of the upper and lower limbs. In recent years, Anette has had the honour of looking after a Professional Cycling Team while they were in Adelaide for the Tour Down Under.

She uses a variety of safe and gentle techniques including soft-tissue work, manual adjusting, drop-piece adjusting, blocks, dry-needling and activator. She has also attended pediatric chiropractic seminars as she has a special interest in children’s chiropractic as well as chiropractic care during pregnancy.

Anette embraces a holistic, evidence-based approach when looking after her patients. Having sustained a spinal injury as a teenager, she understands the benefits of having integrated healthcare. She is looking forward to meeting you, discussing your health concerns and working together with you to create a plan for the best outcome!
