Anette received her Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney.

She participateed in fieldwork events at triathlons and was part of the Macquarie University Rugby Chiropractic Team where she did preventative on-site sports taping and treated a variety of sports injuries. She has completed extra training in Rocktape Sports Taping and Dry Needling. Having been involved in martial arts (Karate and Krav Maga) has also highlighted the importance of maintaining good mobility of the upper and lower limbs. In recent years, Anette has had the privilege of looking after a Professional Cycling Team while they were in Adelaide competing in the Tour Down Under.

She uses a variety of safe and gentle techniques including soft-tissue work, manual adjusting, drop-piece adjusting, blocks, dry-needling and activator. Anette frequently attends seminars to stay current with the latest research and developments in manual therapies, chiropractic adjusting techniques, and pediatric musculoskeletal conditions. She has a specific interest in children's chiropractic care and providing chiropractic support throughout pregnancy.

Anette stands as a strong supporter of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative, dedicated to fostering inclusivity, acceptance, and understanding. She recognizes that certain disabilities, conditions, or chronic illnesses may not be readily apparent to others, leading to challenges in receiving necessary support. Anette emphasizes the importance of raising awareness and promoting empathy towards individuals facing such "non-visible" conditions, combating misconceptions and judgments that may hinder their access to assistance and understanding.

Over the past decade, Anette has dedicated herself to establishing meaningful connections and fostering mutual respect with colleegues, other allied health pracitioners, medical practitioners and specialists in Adelaide.

Anette is a dedicated practitioner who champions a holistic, evidence-based methodology in her patient care. Having experienced a significant orthopedic spinal injury during her early teenage years, which left her unable to walk for three months, Anette was faced with the challenging process of a year of intensive rehabilitation to regain the ability to walk. Her personal journey has profoundly instilled within her the importance of integrated healthcare and a compassionate understanding of individuals enduring chronic pain as a result of physical injury or illness.

With empathy and understanding, Anette eagerly awaits the opportunity to meet with you, delve into your health concerns, and collaboratively develop a tailored plan to achieve the optimal outcome.
